Calls, texts and your data
Automation that contacts people has rules, and we build to them from the start. Calls and texts go only to people who asked to hear from you. AI calls say at the start that the call is recorded and ask for consent before recording. Text messages come from a number registered with the carriers, and STOP and HELP work the way they should.
Your customer and applicant data stays in accounts you own. We only collect what the business needs, and we do not sell or share it.
Questions
Why is there no price list?
Almost every engagement mixes a few pieces, and the work depends on the tools you already have. A price list would be wrong for most people who read it. After the first call you get a written quote with the scope spelled out.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. We start from what you use now and connect it. If something is getting in the way, we will say so and explain the trade-off.
What happens to our data?
Your customer data is yours, and we export it for you if we part ways. Handing over the code and hosting is covered in the written agreement for each project.
How fast can something be live?
A focused piece, like a request form that alerts your team, can often be running within a week. A full website with a CRM takes a few weeks. The quote includes a schedule.
Can you call or text people for us?
Only people who have agreed to hear from you. Calls are recorded only with consent, texts go out from a number registered with the carriers, and every message honors STOP. We do not do cold calling or bulk texting to purchased lists.
